The room was spacious and had modern amenities, making it comfortable for my stay. Every interaction with staff felt warm, especially during breakfast.

Unfortunately, the check-in process was chaotic and lacking in organization. A few facilities showed wear, and noise from nearby traffic was noticeable at night.

More pros than cons, but still…

The warm welcome and exceptional hospitality truly stood out! The Lotus restaurant served EXCELLENT food and the breakfast spread was sumptuous! ! Staff were courteous and attentive throughout our stay.

We had an issue with our room's cleanliness and an air conditioning leak, which dampened our experience. Management could improve on maintenance to avoid discomfort for guests.

The stay featured an impressive dining experience with local fresh products. highlights included the amchiiri bhindi and delicious desserts prepared by talented chefs like Mayank and Ashish. Spa services were exceptional, enhancing relaxation, while check-in was smooth thanks to Ms. Padhan. However, there were some hiccups with room service and inaccuracies in the billing that detracted from the overall experience.

The spacious one-bedroom apartment had a nice layout, featuring a large living room, a kitchen complete with a refrigerator, and a dishwasher. The breakfast area offered a decent variety, especially local dishes like Dosa and Upma, which were quite impressive.

The rooms felt outdated and did not meet the expected standards of a five-star establishment, with stubborn stains on bed sheets. Noise from the main road could disrupt your rest at night, and the pool area could use better maintenance.

I spent three nights in a one-bedroom apartment which needed better cleanliness. The friendly staff tried their best, but the service felt overwhelmed. Breakfast had good options, but some dishes were not well-prepared. Family travelers should double-check room conditions upon arrival for a smoother experience.

The jacuzzi was amazing, and the indoor pool with sauna was a hit with the kiddo! I felt so taken care of, nothing too much trouble.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff truly made this stay special, especially Rupali Sawant. Her compassion and professionalism were truly appreciated during a tough time. The breakfast service with Puii and Akash was a highlight, as they were attentive and friendly.

I did encounter some minor cleanliness issues in the bathroom that could be improved.

The room was perfect for our family, providing ample space for our three teenagers. Access to the fitness center was a big plus, and they loved the indoor pool, especially after a long day of exploring. The staff was attentive, and our meals were delightful.

My kids wished there were more family activities available. It would be fantastic if they had a dedicated area for kids to play and hang out, ensuring everyone can enjoy their stay.

This hotel perfectly suits my needs with its excellent wi-fi, fitness center, and indoor swimming pool. The staff even helped me with early check-in during my first stay, making a lasting impression. I can't wait for my next romantic escape.

I stayed for 3 nights in a King Room. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The food at the rooftop restaurant was excellent, especially breakfast. The location is convenient, just a short taxi ride from shopping areas. Highly recommended! 🌟

My family faced numerous issues during our stay. The rooms were outdated and not up to 5-star standards. Additionally, the play area was poorly maintained and very dirty, which made it unsafe for my kids.
